The non-trading entity StimWell Services B.V. is seeking to transfer all of its assets and liabilities to Stimwell Services Limited by way of a cross-border merger under the Companies (Cross-Border
Mergers) Regulations 2007, following which StimWell Services B.V. would be dissolved without going into liquidation.
As a part of StimWell’s dedication to the continuous improvement of the vessel and its systems, the Island Patriot has seen a number of improvements since her introduction in 2010. The most notable of these improvements were undertaken during the vessel’s scheduled docking in the Fayard Shipyard in Odense in July of 2015, where a bulbous bow and additional bow tunnel thruster were installed.
StimWell Services has been awarded full accreditation by DNV for their integrated management system covering the main three International standards ISO 9001:2008/ ISO 14001:2004/ OHSAS 18001:2007/ relating to Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety respectively.
StimWell Services completed a series of acid fracturing treatments on three subsea wells in the central North Sea in the spring of 2014. This work was unique as it was the first time that a large high rate acid treatment was successfully placed by a stimulation vessel through a light well intervention vessel (LWIV) in the North Sea.
